For landlords, agents & housing providers

Manage resident issues, communication and evidence in one place.

ResiAX gives landlords, agents and housing teams a practical workspace for the information residents choose to share — repairs, evidence, messages, appointments, documents and updates — while residents keep control of their own account and records.

Start with a few homes, residents or one operational team. No integration project is required to begin.

Already operating at scale or need ResiAX to connect with existing systems? Explore enterprise & integration

Built for the people who actually look after residents and homes.

You do not need a large portfolio to pilot ResiAX. Start around a real workflow, resident need, property group or service.

When the information is fragmented, the work gets harder.

Resident information is everywhere

Calls, emails, portal entries, messages, photographs and reference numbers can leave everyone reconstructing the same issue from different pieces.

The same issue gets explained repeatedly

Residents repeat themselves, staff inherit incomplete context and contractors can receive only part of the story.

Small teams lose time to administration

Chasing updates, finding previous correspondence and working out who knows what can consume time that should be spent resolving the issue.

Good records matter when something escalates

When a repair, complaint or safety concern becomes more serious, you need a clear record of what was reported, what was shared and what action followed.

The cost of the status quo

Fragmented information is not just an annoyance — it quietly drives the avoidable costs operators feel every week. Clearer resident information changes what happens next.

Wasted call-outs

A contractor arrives without the full picture — wrong trade, wrong parts, access not arranged.

Clearer issues with photos, context and agreed access help you brief the right trade with the right parts — increasing the likelihood of a first-visit fix.

Repeat visits, repeat explanations

Every handover restarts the story, and residents disengage after retelling it for the third time.

The issue history travels with the job, so follow-ups pick up exactly where the last visit ended.

Escalations that could have been avoided

Small issues become complaints when updates dry up and the evidence is scattered across inboxes.

Connected updates keep residents informed — and if something does escalate, the chronology is already in one place.

Admin that swallows the week

Chasing updates, digging through email threads and reconciling different versions of events.

One operational thread per issue means less digging, less chasing and fewer dropped handovers.

What you can do with ResiAX

Use the provider workspace as a practical layer around the resident interactions you want to manage more clearly.

Organise properties & resident relationships

Keep property context and resident connections clear without treating the relationship itself as permission to see private resident records.

Receive clearer resident issues

Work from structured resident-shared information and evidence instead of restarting the story every time it changes hands.

Respond and coordinate next steps

Request information, propose appointments, record provider actions and keep progress connected to the issue.

Communicate proactively

Send relevant notices, letters, maintenance communications or surveys to eligible connected residents.

Coordinate contractor activity

Keep job context, appointments and relevant access information connected where contractor workflows are part of your pilot.

Keep an evidence trail

Retain a clearer history of communication, evidence, actions and outcomes for operational review, complaints and service learning.

Connected does not mean giving up control.

ResiAX is deliberately different from a provider-owned resident account.

Resident

Your resident keeps their ResiAX account, history and private records. They choose what to share and why.

Provider

You receive the information shared for the interaction and use the provider workspace to respond. A relationship does not create blanket access.

ResiAX

ResiAX keeps the shared interaction connected while preserving the difference between resident-owned information and provider operational records.

If the resident moves or your organisation stops using ResiAX, their account and records do not disappear.

Provider pilot

Try ResiAX with a real part of your service for up to three months.

Choose a manageable group of residents, properties or one operational team. We will help you get started, learn how ResiAX fits into your day-to-day work and review what is genuinely useful before discussing an ongoing package.

Agreed pilot scope
Guided setup
Current provider features within the agreed scope
Regular adoption and product check-ins
End-of-pilot learning review
No integration required for a standalone pilot

We are not publishing a fixed provider subscription catalogue during this pilot phase. If ResiAX creates value for your organisation, we will use what we learn together to discuss an ongoing package that reflects your scale, usage and support needs.

What a pilot actually looks like

No procurement maze, no big-bang rollout. A pilot is deliberately small, guided and reversible — here is how it typically runs.

1

Week 1

Scope & setup

We agree your starting cohort — a few properties, residents or one team — and guide you through setup. Residents are invited to connect. No integration, no data migration.

2

Weeks 2–4

First real issues

Residents start reporting through ResiAX. You respond from the provider workspace — clearer issues, photos and context from day one. We check in to smooth out anything that gets in your way.

3

Months 2–3

Make it yours

You fold in the workflows that matter to you — notices, appointments, contractor coordination, surveys. Regular check-ins keep adoption honest and the product feedback flowing.

4

End of pilot

Learning review

Together we review what you actually used, what created value and what was missing. Then you decide the next step — continue, adjust scope or stop. No obligation either way.

Price the value you actually need — not a package you may never use.

Different operators use ResiAX differently. A small landlord, supported accommodation provider, managing agent and housing association team should not automatically be pushed into the same commercial structure.

What the review looks at

What you actually adopted
Number and type of homes / residents involved
Operational users
Workflows used regularly
Support and onboarding requirement
Communications and reporting needs
Integrations, if any
White-label / branding needs, if any
Likely next-stage scale

The review informs the ongoing proposal. Collaboration can shape the package; it does not require you to commit to a wider rollout.

Already have property or housing systems?

You can still start with ResiAX as a focused resident-information and operational layer. If your use case depends on connecting ResiAX with an HMS, PMS, CRM, repairs platform, identity service or other existing system, use our enterprise and integration pathway.

Where ResiAX can pick up from the tools you already use

  • After KYC, referencing and deposit tools — continue into tenant onboarding, inventory and moving-in checklists
  • At the end of a tenancy — moving-out checklists, condition evidence and deposit-related records kept together
  • Alongside repairs or communication tools — keep the resident-facing story connected across systems
Explore enterprise & integration

Better evidence and communication can support better compliance.

ResiAX does not replace your legal, regulatory or professional responsibilities. It supports the communication, evidence and operational workflows that can help landlords manage and demonstrate relevant responsibilities.

Provider questions, answered.

Do I need to move all my residents into ResiAX?

No. The pilot can start with a small, agreed group of residents, properties or one team.

Does connecting a resident give me access to all their records?

No. A provider relationship does not grant blanket access. Residents retain control of their account and private records and share information for specific purposes.

Do I need an integration to pilot?

No. The default pilot is designed to be useful as a standalone layer. Integration can be explored later if it is necessary to create more value.

Can a large housing association or council use this pilot?

Yes. A larger organisation can pilot ResiAX with one service, estate, team or cohort. Organisation-wide integration or procurement should use the enterprise route.

What happens after the pilot?

We review what you used, what created value, what was missing and what a sensible next-stage deployment would require.

Is there a fixed provider price?

Not during this pilot-validation phase. Ongoing pricing is discussed after the learning review so it can reflect the scale, workflows and support actually required.

What if we already have a housing management, property or repairs system?

That is expected. You can use ResiAX as a standalone layer first or discuss an integration pathway where the existing stack needs to remain authoritative.
