Resident Early Access Pilot
Register to start using ResiAX and help shape a clearer way to organise housing issues, evidence and communication.
Two ways to take part
Early access is open. Structured pilot support is limited.
Resident early access
Open registration that lets you create or connect an account and start using ResiAX.
- Browser-based access — nothing to install
- No charge during the pilot period
- Organise a current or recent housing issue
- Access to available early features
- Product updates as new features arrive
- Optional feedback — only if you want to
Supported eight-week cohort
A smaller group of approximately 10–20 residents who receive:
- Founder-supported onboarding
- Scheduled check-ins across the eight weeks
- Closer help using ResiAX on a real issue
- Opportunities to test and influence features
- Structured feedback participation
Registering for early access does not automatically confirm a place in the supported cohort. We will contact residents separately about the supported cohort.
Who it's for
You don't need to prove how serious your situation is — if a clearer record would help you, you're welcome.
What ResiAX helps you do
From the first report to the latest response, ResiAX helps you keep the issue, evidence and communication connected.
Capture and organise
Record repairs, complaints, photographs, documents, calls, appointments and notes in one place.
Build evidence and continuity
Create a dated history so you don’t have to reconstruct the issue every time someone new becomes involved.
Understand and communicate
Use the information you’ve gathered to create clearer reports, updates and letters, with guidance on possible next steps.
Share and track on your terms
Choose what to share and with whom, then keep a record of responses, appointments, actions and outcomes in your own account.
Capture → Build → Understand & communicate → Share & track

A founder-supported pilot

“I'm building ResiAX with residents, not just for them. During early access I'll be available through pilot support sessions to hear what's working, help you use your ResiAX record effectively, and understand where residents still need better support.”
— Shakirah Akinwale, Founder
- Bookable support sessions during the pilot
- Office hours and group clinics where useful
- Practical help focused on your record and how to use ResiAX well
ResiAX can help you organise information, prepare questions and understand which records may be useful. We do not replace a solicitor, surveyor or other regulated professional where specialist advice is required.
